The Growers Table

The Growers’ Table: A Champagne + Culinary Experience

We’re thrilled to host The Growers’ Table, a highly anticipated collaboration with our friends at Art of the Table. Join us for an evening celebrating the craft and story behind real Champagne—grown, harvested, and bottled by the farmers themselves. Bradford Hammerschmidt of Imperial Beverage will guide guests through six pours, featuring some of the smallest and most expressive producers from the Champagne region, plus a special surprise: the return of Ratafia for the final pour.

Each Champagne will be beautifully paired with small plates crafted by our culinary team, designed to complement and elevate every tasting.
