NYE Candlelit Dinner

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a candlelit, four-course prix fixe dinner at Sovengard.

This intimate experience highlights seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the joy of lingering at the table as the year comes to a close. We’ll be open from 4–10pm, offering both our regular menu and this special prix fixe option.

Reservations are strongly encouraged. Limited walk-in availability.

Crostini, smoked carrot tapenade, whipped fromage blanc, dill spheres,  fried capers, pickled shallot rings, edible flowers (VO, GFO)

First Course:

-Tempura delicata squash, smoked soy and maple, lemon drop salt, matchstick ginger salad, micros (V,GF)


-Lamb and pork frikadeller, crispy mushroom, herbed yogurt, coffee vinaigrette

Second Course:

-Vegan egg linguine, golden beet-pistachio cream, herb salad, toasted pistachio, Kashmiri chili oil, turmeric
pickled onion (V)


-Walleye filet, celeriac puree, fried brussels sprouts, dukkah, wine broth (GF)

Third Course:

-Grilled lamb chop, cocoa crust, pickled blueberry-juniper gel, confit parsnip, shaved fennel, mint salt (GF)

-Vegan Cassoulet - sausage seitan, heirloom beans, red wine marinated mushroom, toasted breadcrumb (V)

Fourth Course:

-Kladdkakka - Swedish fudgey chocolate cake, almond praline, vanilla-espresso creme anglaise, gold leaf (V,GF)

-Basque cheesecake, citrus marmalade, honey granules, fresh mint
