The Sovengard is pleased to host an Italian Winemaker’s Dinner presented by Kingma’s Market and Woodberry Wine, featuring Giulio Parentini of Morisfarms Winery.
Guests will be guided through a thoughtful selection of low-production, minimal-intervention wines from Giulio’s family’s two estates in coastal Tuscany. The evening highlights mineral-rich whites, bold yet balanced reds, and a limited reserve library vintage that showcases how time and terroir shape a wine’s evolution.
The experience begins with opening wine selections accompanied by artisanal charcuterie, followed by a seated dinner featuring three entrées thoughtfully paired to each wine flight. This immersive tasting is designed to connect place, process, and flavor through both food and story.
Cost to attend is $65 per guest. Tickets required, with limited seating available. Please secure your seat by January 8.
