Large Party Reservation Deposit

1. Reservation Requirements

  • Group Size: Reservations for large parties are accepted for groups of 8 or more.

  • Advance Notice: A minimum of 72 hours advance notice is required for large party reservations.

  • Contact Information: A valid phone number and email address must be provided for

    confirmation.

    2. Deposit & Gratuity

  • Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $100 and a credit card on file is required to secure the reservation. This online deposit includes 6% Michigan sales tax.

  • Refund Policy: The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

  • Automatic Gratuity: A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to each bill. Guests are welcome to leave additional gratuity based on service quality.

    3. Menu Options

  • Food & Beverage Minimums: For all large party reservations a spend minimum of $35 per person is required with the exception of the kids 10 & under.

  • Pre-Selected Menu: For parties of 20 or more, a pre-selected menu may be required to streamline service. Options will be provided in advance.

  • Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.

    4. Arrival and Seating

  • Punctuality: We ask that large parties arrive on time to ensure proper seating and service. We will hold reservations for 15 minutes unless notified in advance.

  • Seating Arrangements: We do our best to accommodate seating preferences; however, specific requests are not guaranteed. Let us know if you have preferences!

    5. Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift cards. Splitting the bill among multiple payments may be limited.

  • Final Payment: The final bill must be settled by the end of the meal.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after 2pm the day of your reservation forfeit their deposit and will be charged a last minute cancellation fee of $150 unless rescheduled for a later date.

  • Changes in Guest Count: If the number of guests changes, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute adjustments.
